In another huge step forward for gay rights this week, the Washington State House of Representatives has passed a bill legalizing same-sex marriage in their state.

Nearly one and a half years since Federal District Court Judge Vaughn Walker declared Prop 8 to be unconstitutional, the 9th US District Circuit Court of Appeals finally announced this morning that they will be upholding Judge Walker's decision.
