Spider-Man with the pride flag

The reason I decided to participate in this photoshoot as Spider-Man; because no other person who cosplays Spider-Man would ever be willing to use their platform to stand up for LGBTQ rights. Growing up I didn't have any superhero role model that gave me affirmation or validation when I knew that I was gay since I was 5. So me posing as Spider-Man with the pride flag I hope inspires the next generation of LGBTQ kids to be authentically themselves and that they know that Spider-Man supports the LGBTQ community.
